Chamber structure:
The chamber of the Deep Cold Test Chamber is processed and shaped by a CNC machine tool, featuring an aesthetically pleasing and generous appearance.
It also adopts a non-reactive handle, making the operation simple and convenient.
The inner liner of the chamber is made of imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panel, while the outer liner is made of A3 steel plate with plastic spraying, which enhances the appearance quality and cleanliness.
Control system:
The temperature control of the Deep Cold Test Chamber employs a touch-button instrument, which is easy to operate and set up.
Once the data and test conditions are entered, the controller has a locking function to prevent changes to the temperature settings due to accidental human contact.
A printer can be optionally equipped.
Refrigeration system:
Ultra-low Temperature Test Chamber:
1.Double-layer Glass Reactor with Coils:
The outer layer can be evacuated to provide insulation.
The interior relies on corrosion-resistant and temperature-resistant heat exchange coils for heating and cooling, facilitating temperature rise and fall.
2.Double-layer Glass Reactor with Insulation Jacket:
The insulation jacket provides thermal insulation.
The jacket layer circulates heat transfer oil for heating and cooling, enabling temperature rise and fall.
3.Triple-layer Glass Reactor:
The outer layer is processed under high vacuum during manufacturing to provide excellent insulation.
The middle layer circulates heat transfer oil for heating and cooling, facilitating temperature rise and fall.
A multi-blade fan is used for forced air circulation, eliminating any dead zones and ensuring uniform temperature distribution within the test area.
The airflow design, including both exhaust and return air, ensures that the air pressure and velocity meet the testing standards. This design also allows for a quick temperature recovery when the door is opened.
